RECOMMENDED AFTER CARE FOR FACE OR BODY SERVICES
No tanning bed
No spray-on tan
No natural sun tanning
No hot tub/sauna
No salt water
No sexual activity
No tight fitting clothing (ie. Thongs etc…..)
Normal skin after 3 - 5 days.
Sensitive/Highly sensitive skin after 5-7 days.
Recommended exfoliants: gentle loofah, sugar scrub, exfoliating mitt, products containing salicylic acid, lactic acid, etc..... or products made to specifically treat or prevent ingrown hair.
Late Policy: If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, your services/s may be minimized to suit the allotted time or may be rescheduled. We strongly urge clients to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to their appointment time, particularly in the case of new clients.
No show no call policy: After 3 no shows we will no longer accept appointments. Any future services will be treated on a walk in basis only.
Cancellation policy: Please allow a 24 hour advance notice.
Age requirement: Services may not be rendered to persons under the age of 18 without being accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Proper identification is required for both parties.
FORMS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED
Cash, Zelle & Venmo are accepted
Gratuity may not be added on a credit card, cash only for gratuity.
Any type of check (personal, business or otherwise) is not accepted as a form of payment.
Products: All product sales are final, no refunds or returns are accepted
Services: Client satisfaction is our main goal. We ask any unsatisfied customer to notify us of your complaint within 24 hours of service. Once the complaint is documented and reviewed by Management, a decision will be made to ensure customer satisfaction. Management reserves the right to determine what resolution will be given and client will be notified of decision within 72 hours of complaint received.
Services are a base price and are subject to a consultation, we price accordingly.
